+ Why should I plan a team building event for my team?

Teams who network and know each other on a personal level have been proven to be more engaged in the overall work that they do within their organization. Accordingly to a recent Gallup poll, highly engaged teams are 22% more productive than those who are disengaged and have 24% lower turnover. Statistics everywhere have proven that happy people = happy clients. We need for our teams to know each other and connect as humans in order to improve retention, increase productivity, innovation and creativity, stop workplace conflict, and overall be a place where people want to come to work each day.

+ Why should I reach out for leadership coaching or development plans for my team?

Look, I'm certainly no expert and don't believe anyone truly is. Our workforce is changing and with it, leadership styles are evolving as well. My Masters is in Developmental Psychology and I recently completed a certification through Cornell in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I spent a lot of time in the corporate space, spent time in a few start-ups, and love sharing my experiences with people who are figuring out their life path. I have 2 super powers - 1. Seeing in others what they don't yet see in themselves and 2. Organization. I will provide the tools that you need to find your voice, balance, and the right process for you that will help you grow into the leader that you want to be. You can be authentically exactly as you are in this world, I'm here to help you be the best version of that person.

+ What types of events are right for the size of my team?

Our events are built to support virtual teams of 2 to infinity! If you have a smaller group, you can choose from literally any event type from escape games, to watercolor painting, to a scavenger hunt and more. If you have a larger team, we have options to start all together as a group, break into sub-teams for competition, and then we come back together at the end to celebrate. The point is, we will design something JUST RIGHT for you!

+ Are all of your events virtual or can we do something in person?

Our events are designed to support teams in this new virtual world. If you're local in the Detroit area and your team is hybrid, we can meet you onsight for an in-person event and Zoom in with the rest of your virtual team. If you aren't local and are hybrid, your in-person group can Zoom in from your onsite location and your virtual folks can join us from home.

+ Do you host personal events?
