I’ve spent my career focused on growth of people, process, and technology
I’m a wife to a brilliant and loving husband, a mother to 2 amazing kiddos and a little French Bulldog, a daughter, a sister, a friend and a boss lady with lots of hobbies. I enjoy dying my hair different colors on a monthly basis, tattoos, LOTS of exercise, and reading about other Detroit-based startups.
A little about my background.
After obtaining a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy, I spent 15 years in senior leadership within a large mortgage company in Detroit, ultimately leading the process improvement, cultural excellence, and innovation hub for the company. I then helped build a scrappy and mighty fiber internet company, Rocket Fiber, as Partner and VP of Client Experience which we sold in 2020.
I am proud to be a mentor for the We Build Character Rise Program, am on the Advisory Council for the Michigan Founders Fund, and am the President of the Detroit Executives Association. I am also a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of a software company called Hum, the operating system for Multi-family internet.
In this chapter, I am working with amazing humans like you to unlock your intentions, help you get “unstuck”, and empower you to be the bad ass that you were born to be. As we move into this next phase of life — there’s no time like the present to dedicate time to work on US.
