Christina Fair is the Founder, CEO and lead coach of Reconnect.

She’s also a life-long Michigander, startup executive with 20+ years of leadership, mentor to dozens of women and professionals, wife to CTO John, and Mom to Liam and Anabelle.

Christina employs empathy in all she does, leaning into her masters degree in Psychology and certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell. Her range of roles and industries (from banking to startups and tech) has developed her specialties in process improvement, cultural excellence, and innovation. She has also served as a public speaker, mentor for the We Build Character and The Red Door Project Mentorship Programs, and board member of local non-profit Bees In the D. In 2019, Christina was recognized by metro Detroit’s leading business publication with Crain's Notable Women in STEM award.

With 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, Christina believes in spending as much time working on yourself as you do your career. In her personal life she’s overcome divorce, parental loss, substance abuse, miscarriages, and self-harm. She’s passionate about sharing the truth of her story to help others push through their challenges and access a thriving future.

When she’s not coaching she enjoys experimenting with the color and cut of her hair, competitive exercise, connecting with incredible people in the startup space, and spending time with her family.
