I founded Reconnect in 2020 in search of community. What started as a virtual team building events business quickly expanded to adapt to our client’s requests for retreats and strategic consulting. Since then, we’ve supported dozens of companies — from half a century old family businesses, to Rocket Mortgage, and National Geographic — in their efforts to meet the ever-changing demands of the virtual work economy.
Along the way, I’ve met and mentored countless wonderful, passionate, and strong humans. These people inspire me with their ambition for impact and willingness to work towards becoming their best self.
